Step by step guide to advertise

Step 1 Create your art-profiles account: 

The first thing you need to do is to create your new user account. To do this, go directly to the registration page. (*Keep in mind that a full profile page is created automatically by our system. This means that, if you like, you can procceed after the whole
process is completed to fill in your information and also become an active member of our site). In case that you are already registered, just login with your username and password and go to advertising page.

(If you are already registered as: Member, Artist, Business or Art On The Net, then skip step 1)

 

Step 2 Design your ad:

This smart and user-friendly system gives you the opportunity to design your advertisement, to choose your own style, to review it in "real-time" and to adjust the cost accordingly.

There are three pricing categories: "Per click", "Per impression" and "Per day". 

Step 3: Pay with activity points

At any given moment, you can check your statistics of your ad by going to the ads manager and clicking on the ad's title. This method enables you to edit your ad (i.e. change of photo, link, title and/or description according to the type of your ad). Each week you will receive an e-mail by our site as an update for your ad's current status.

The cost-estimate of your ad will be given to you directly upon completion of its creation. After you make the payment, you will receive two e-mails: one from PAYPAL as your proof of payment, and a second one from art-profiles.com as an approval of your ad. The second e-mail may take longer to be received, depending on the work-load of the AP-Management Team due to the long process of scanning the ad.

*IMPORTANT* From the moment you receive the second e-mail (the approval e-mail) your ad is up-and-running on the site.

*NOTE*: You can only view it by being in the "log-out" mode or by being on another art-profiles account (just so that you don't get charged with "impression" charges).
