Any use of this platform is a subject to the present Terms of Use & Legal Notices, which the users/members have to read carefully and follow through.The use of this platform is accounted for unconditional acceptance of the "Terms of Use" & "Legal Notices" by the users/members.

1 Limited Liability

1.7 A.P. platform reserves the right to refuse the assignment of an access code or its cancellation.Therefore, A.P. platform reserves the right to disconnect and prohibit the use of its services by any user/member.

1.8 The users/members recognize, accept and consent to the fact that as they open an account with A.P. platform all information and activities relating to their account ( i.e. the starting date of the account, the country of origin, the number of files opened, the user name) will be accessible to all other users and to a third party. In this case, the users/members recognize, accept and consent that all other users or a third party are allowed to communicate with them or leave relative comments within this site.

1.9 The users recognize, accept and consent to the fact that any material they upload on this site will be accessible to all other users/members and to a third party, as well as be distributed throughout the internet and other multi-media.

2 Art Profiles Copyright

2.1 All content found in A.P. platform, including the distinct title, domain name, URL address, photographs, images, graphics, text and services are considered legal property of A.P. platform. Therefore, no part mentioned above can be sold, copied, re-structured, reproduced, re-publicized or re-distributed in any way.

3 Art Profiles Members Copyright

3.1 A.P. platform does not claim ownership of any content submitted, publisized, created or uploaded by its users/members. The users/members reserve all the rights of ownership of their own material.

3.2 For all content that is submitted by the user/member, not only he/she must be the legal owner but they also have to be certain that they don't violate whatever copyright laws in their local jurisdiction.

3.3 In case of violation of the above by the user/member, he/she will be held responsible of the full compensation towards the third party whose copyrights have been violated. The A.P. platform is not responsible in any way.

3.4 When the mentioned violation in (3.3) does occur, the platform reserves the right to demand from the user/member and the third party involved, compensation for whatever damages caused to A.P. platform.

4 Privacy Policy

4.1 A.P. platform declares that all gathered information about the personal id of the users/members is not transferred or submitted to a third party.

4.2 A.P. platform reserves the right to use personal information submitted by the user/member exclusively for feed-back in order to improve its services.

4.3 Information that is non-personal can be gathered by the A.P. platform in the form of "cookies", which is used in recognizing each user who visits  this platform, and in order to improve its services.

5 Links to outside sources

5.1 A.P. platform provides links to other sites on the internet which are operated by a third party, and it's not liable for the content of these sites.

5.2 The user/member can use these links at their own risk.
